Yes, we ship our heritage weaves globally. Please note that any import duties or local taxes in your country are the responsibility of the patron.

To protect the sanctity of our craft, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any return claims. This video must start from the sealed courier package. Claims without this visual proof cannot be processed.

In accordance with luxury standards, we only accept returns for genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. We do not accept returns based on personal preference change once the order is dispatched.

We recommend wrapping your silk sarees in pure cotton or muslin cloth. Avoid plastic covers. Store them in a cool, dry place and change the folding patterns every few months to prevent 'crease-cuts' in the zari.
